Anytime a document is saved InqNote® will look after the versioning of the document without the user involvement in the process. Version control is an important function in helping user to retrace his or her steps back to historical information.
Sign all finalised documents and outputs using public-private cryptography. Just before the user registration is completed, a personalised RSA private key will be made available to the user to keep in a safe place, since InqNote® will not store the private keys. In the events when user comes to finalise any document, template, result, etc. documents will be signed digitally and kept in readonly state. Digitally signed documents can be used in legal intellectual property rights disputes.
Physically separate APIs and stores for each team, inaccessible via Internet. Each client's data is stored on its own private server(s). The web API accessing the client's databases are also unique to each client requirement. All the backend stores and services run inside a private local area network without access to Internet. InqNote® will issue one invite to a user with admin role appointed by the client. From there on it is the responsibility of the admin to send the invites to users who are known to him or her. Users can have team leader, user or guest roles. Upon successful registion of a user, he or she will need to login to InqNote® with an additional two factor authentication pin generated on the user's smart phone. Once logged in to InqNote® platform the connection is encrypted. Information security by design.

The Kanban boards are used to break down experiments or projects into parts and tasks (or cards). Each schedule can be formatted with Gregorian, Chinese, Persian or Arabic calendars.

Build, upload your SOP protocols. Share with a range of permissions. When a procotol is described and related file is uploaded, the protocol owner can assign permissions to team members to use or edit the protocol. Once a protcol is saved, provided it is not finalised, document versioning would be automatically applied on further updates. Protocol(s) will be required when saving data entry forms.
